Cyd’s Tip for Special Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Cyd likes to boil whole cloves of garlic in with her potatoes then mash them all together. She thinks this infuses the potatoes with the garlic flavor and creates a more mellow flavor than the flavor you get from throwing raw minced garlic into garlic mashed potatoes.
