½ c. light mayonnaise
1 c. fat free sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced very fine
2 green onions (green top only) finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Whisk mayo, sour cream, milk and sugar together. Add minced garlic, green onion, salt and pepper. Chill for one hour before serving. Makes 1 ½ Cups.
Serving suggestion:
Serve over a wedge of iceberg lettuce sprinkled with feta or Gorgonzola cheese and chopped walnuts
